Rates - All rates are nett in Thai Baht.

Confirmation - All reservation requests will be replied within 48 hous (With or without confirmation from the hoteliers or airline staff)

Payment schedule - Full prepayment / credit card guarantee requires after booking confirmed.

Payment method - The credit card such as VISA , MASTER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD are accepted online.

Payment Currency - All payments are converted to Thai Baht (depend on the exchange rate).

Cancellation - For cancellation of confirmed arrangement/payment , a cancellation fee will be charged as follow :

• Cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival date - charged 50% of the total payment.
• No show - charged 100% of the total payment.
