How do I make reservations?
Please use the links on the left menu to choose the destinations and
services. At the reservations form, fill in all required information
and submit the form. After receiving your request, our reservations
staffs will process your inquiry and reply you back within 48 hours
How do I make payment?
We will issue you an order number for you to log on to our secured
payment or credit card guarantee section. Use the order number provided
and fill in at the "Make Payment" or "Credit Card Guarantee"
page. Fill in your credit card detail and submit the form.
What is credit card guarantee?
We required credit card guarantee to secure your transfers booking.
You will received an order number for you to log on to the credit
card guarantee section. Fill in your credit card detail and submit
the form. For the full payment, the chauffeur will collect cash at
the meeting point. Your card will not be debited unless you did not
cancel your booking and did not show up. Please refer to our Terms
& Conditions .
How do I cancel my reservations?
To cancel your reservations, please send us your request by email
or use our contact us form .
Where and how to meet your representative at the airport?
Our representative will refer to your flight information and will
greet you at the left exit holding a sign broad with your name on
it. Please look for the sign broad.
Do you offer stretched limousine?
Yes , we do offer stretched limousine, please send in your inquiry
for more information.
How do you charged for your transfers service?
All price quoted are per car basis not per person. For example, a
toyota camry can accommodate up to 4 passengers. So travelling alone
or in group (up to 4 passengers), you pay for the same price.
Are there any extra fees or charges beside the quoted prices?
No, the price quoted already included service fee and government tax.
